Since 2011, Dr. Gopen has produced quarterly articles for the American Bar Association’s journal, Litigation. Taken together, they provide a crisp, encyclopedic array of how his Reader Expectation Approach (REA), a new way of understanding and controlling the English language, can be applied to sophisticated thought and writing.
